Based on the authorization granted by the Annual General Meeting on 8 May 2026, which authorized the Board of Directors of NRC Group ASA (the "Company") to issue up to 7.5 million share options under the Company's long-term incentive program, the Board has resolved to grant a total of 600,000 share options at a strike price of NOK 8.15 to Tor Oskar Rydheim, EVP & MD NRC Group Norway.
Each share option entitles the holder, upon exercise, to acquire one share and the share options are granted without consideration. The share options may be exercised no earlier than 12 August 2029 and will expire 12 months thereafter. Any options not exercised by the expiry date will lapse without compensation.
